Administrative Director

Sarah Sol made her way to the stage when she was 14. She found a love for Shakespeare and classical theater. She was cast in several regional productions with the Algonkuin Players in New Haven, CT.  Her memorable roles include Tranio in “Taming of the Shrew”, Luciana in “A Comedy of Errors,” and others.

Sarah pursued her theatrical training in NYC at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She furthered her theater career off-Broadway in such roles as the Judy Noonan in “Stupid Kids,” Emelia in “Othello”, Inez in “No Exit” and several more.  Sarah founded the Objectivist Theater Company in Manhattan in 2002 where She produced and stared in “Think Twice” and “Night of January 16th,” both by Ayn Rand.

While in NYC, Sarah also found deep solace and gratitude for Yoga and the teachings of B.K.S Iengar and Sri K. Pittabhi Joise. She studied Yoga in NYC with instructor, Randolph Pearson. 

In 2005, Sarah moved to Los Angeles to explore a career in film and television. She worked in a few commercials and independent films but ultimately returned to her first love; the theater and yoga. 

She was cast as a member in the Dreamhouse Ensemble in 2005. There she played notable roles such as, Emily Brent in Agatha Christy’s “And Then There Were None”, Wendy in “What the Rabbi Saw”, and The Prostitute in Harold Pinter’s “A Night Out.”

Since moving to LA,  Sarah has also furthered her career as a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor.  In 2007, she ventured to India were she explored the Yoga Motherland; making stops to further her studies in Arambul and in Mysore at Sri K. Pittabhi Joise’s Ashram. She completed her Yoga Alliance Certification at Rising Lotus in Sherman Oaks, CA.  She teaches at a variety of venues around Los Angeles which include Rising Lotus, eating disorder clinics and she teaches her coined class,Yoga for the Artist, for the Dreamhouse Theater Company.

As Administrative Director of the Dreamhouse Theater Co Sarah is committed to producing theatre that takes risks and gives the human heart a voice.
